Tiffany Seppenfield is a licensed realtor with a genuine passion for helping people find the right fit, whether that’s a home, a commercial space, or the right solution for their business. She brings a well-rounded background in real estate, property management, and business ownership to every client relationship, along with a deep commitment to the Frankfort community. Tiffany is a South Frankfort resident and a 2025 graduate of Leadership Frankfort, further reflecting her investment in the growth and future of the area she calls home.
Tiffany also owns TS Media & Consulting, a social media and marketing business, and alongside her husband, co-owns POURter’s in Frankfort and Pourters Pub and Kitchen in Cave City, where she’s built a business around community, good food, and good company.
That hands-on experience running her own business gives her a unique perspective on what buyers, sellers, and property owners actually need, and how to get them there.
Outside of work, Tiffany is a mom to a 6-year-old and four very spoiled fur babies. When she’s not juggling business and family life, you’ll find her enjoying live music, eating or drinking on a patio somewhere, or soaking up time outdoors.
